Are you ready to get in shape, but limited on time? CrossFit Denton is now offering an Express class that runs for 40 minutes! The workouts include bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbell movements (no barbell), and emphasize the development of a strong core. On different days, we'll vary up the metabolic pathways you're training -- so you can become fit for shorter, higher intensity bursts AND longer, endurance based work.
