Our Artemis program focuses on fundamental athletic movements. With a strong emphasis on proper body mechanics, we teach our kids how to squat, run, jump, hang from bars, and push and pull objects. They'll learn how to stabilize their core with bodyweight isometric holds and gymnastic ring work. We also introduce the fundamentals of weightlifting with PVC pipe and light, kid-sized barbells (5-11#).
