Our group classes are the heart of CrossFit. Men and women of all athletic abilities and backgrounds complete a WOD ("Workout of the Day"), which may be scaled up or down for each individual. Our programming consists of a warmup, a strength or skill section, a cardio section, and a cool down. You can check out each day's programming on our Workout of the Day page.
Our classes are always led by one or more coaches, and throughout the workout they continue to provide instruction and encouragement to everyone in the class.Sign up for class below! (Any member new to CrossFit will participate in these classes with an On-Ramp coach.)
