– roving plank to next cone

LHS–
Find 2RM Zercher squat

SKILL–
Squat clean, 3rd pull

METCON–
EMOM, 12 min.
Even #s: 9 squat cleans
Odd #s: 9 push press
Rest of minute: wall ball shots

COOL DOWN–
Splits stretches
