METCON–
For time:

Run, 400 m

21 Handstand Push-ups

15 Ground To Overheads, 135/95 lbs

100 Double Unders

21 Toes-to-bars

15 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs

21 Burpees

15 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs

Row, 500 m

Only movement that is done together is 400m run. All other movements may be partitioned between partners however they see fit (EX:21 HSPU total for team). Must finish that movement before moving on to next.
