Run, 400 m

AMRAP
150m KB farmers walk 
ME burpee to plate
(Partners must stay together on 400m run. One partner farmer walks while other does burpee plate jumps (45#plate/35#plate).
Count burpees for points.

Then,
1 mile run.
(Every point scored on burpees = one second subtracted from mile time.)
